I made a special jam of figs and vanilla just to go with foie gras, and made these luxurious little bites. I serve them in decorative spoons, ready to pop in your mouth.

Ingredients
Makes: 4 spoons
1 slice sandwich bread
2 teaspoons fig jam
1 slice foie gras pate, cut into 3 pieces
Method Prep:5min › Cook:2min › Ready in:7min
Toast the bread slice, and cut into pieces the size of the spoons you plan to serve them in. Place the toast pieces in the spoons.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of the fig jam to each piece of toast, and add a small bit of foie gras pate on top of the fig jam.
