About this recipe: Perfect served as a refreshing dessert after a hot and spicy Indian meal, this mango cream is cool, fruity and delicious, not to mention easy to make.


Serves: 3 

  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 100ml milk
  • 200ml whipping cream

Prep:10min  ›  Extra time:20min chilling  ›  Ready in:30min 

  1. Mix diced mango with sugar in a bowl; add milk and mix well.
  2. Pour cream into another bowl and beat with a whisk to stiff peaks. Fold cream into mango mixture. Spoon into serving glasses and chill for at least 10 minutes before serving.
