Smoked salmon tapenade

    Serves: 6 

    • 100g smoked salmon, minced
    • 150g cream cheese, softened
    • 1 small bunch chives, minced
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • pepper

    1. In a bowl stir salmon with cream cheese till smooth and well mixed. Add lemon juice, pepper and half of the chives. Tip into a serving bowl and garnish with the rest of the chives.
