Danii's corned beef hash

    A quick, tasty and cheap tea that everyone will love! This recipe makes plenty so you can freeze some for later!

    Serves: 6 

    • 6 potatoes, peeled and diced
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 tins corned beef, roughly diced
    • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tins baked beans and sausages
    • ground black pepper
    • 300g grated Cheddar cheese

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    2. Bring a pot of water to the boil and cook the potatoes until soft; drain.
    3. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan on a high heat, and fry the potatoes, and corned beef. Add the Worcestershire sauce. Fry until the potato is crisping up slightly. if your pan isn't big enough for everything, fry in batches.
    4. Add in beans and sausages, breaking up the sausages with a spoon as you combine with the rest of the ingredients and season with a little pepper.
    5. Transfer into a large ovenproof dish and top with grated Cheddar.
    6. Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is bubbling and golden, about 15 minutes.
