Ricotta cheese with honey and mint

    Serves: 2 

    • 4 tablespoons sunflower seeds
    • 250g ricotta cheese
    • a few mint leaves, finely chopped
    • 4 tablespoons acacia honey

    1. In a dry frying pan over a medium heat, add the sunflower seeds and gently toast, moving frequently until golden brown and fragrant. Remove from the heat and set aside.
    2. Place the ricotta cheese in a bowl and add the mint, mix well. Spoon the ricotta into two serving bowls, then sprinkle with sunflower seeds and drizzle with honey and serve.
