50g caster sugar
2 tablespoons milk
25g pumpkin seeds
40g pine nuts
50g dried cranberries or cherries
2 tablespoons plain flour

Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
In a saucepan over a medium heat, combine the butter and sugar and simmer until golden brown and thickened, about 8 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the remainder of the ingredients. Spoon tablespoon sized mounds onto the prepared baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on the baking tray so that they can harden. Once completely cool, transfer to a serving plate and serve.
