Delicous chocolate icing

    I love this frosting! Sometimes it tastes too buttery, so add more chocolate! Any chocolate can be used - white, dark or milk!!

    Makes: 12 cupcakes or one big cake!

    • 75g chocolate, broken into pieces
    • 115g butter, softend
    • 225g icing sugar

    1. Set a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water and heat the chocolate until melted.
    2. Remove from heat. Place the butter into a bowl and beat until fluffy. Sift in the icing sugar and beat together until smooth and creamy.
    3. Add the melted chocolate and beat together. Taste and if too buttery, add more chocolate.
