About this recipe: This vegan broad bean spread is nutritious, vibrant and great as a starter. Spread generously on toast or crispbread.


Serves: 20 

  • 400g broad beans, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or cover and store in the fridge.
