Ingredients

- 50g light brown soft sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon mixed spice
- 3 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 large orange, washed well and quartered
- 2L apple juice

- Add sugar, mixed spice and orange in the filter. Bring apple juice to the boil in a saucepan and gradually pour it into the filter. Or bring all of the ingredients to the boil in a saucepan, then pour thorough the filter. Serve hot.
