Trim greens to get rid of any tough stems. Rinse and put the greens in the basket of a salad spinner and spin dry.
Put dandelion greens in salad bowl with tomato halves and pine nuts. In small bowl mix oil with vinegar, pour over salad and toss. Season and serve immediately.
You can easily substitute dandelion greens with rocket, ready in the bag from the supermarket - just as yummy!
