Bring 200ml of the water to the boil and add the tea bags. Allow to steep for 8 minutes until strong.
Pour the remaining 200ml water into a saucepan with the sugar and bring to the boil. Mix in the brewed tea then add lemon juice, mix well and pour into a metal container.
Freeze for 3 hours. Stir occasionally during freezing process before it gets solid. Serve with raspberry syrup, honey and fresh raspberries.
