About this recipe: No eggs or butter! Here's a yummy chocolate mousse that every vegan can prepare and enjoy, made with tofu and honey instead.


Serves: 6 

  • 170g plain chocolate (70% cacao)
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 400g silken tofu
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Place chopped chocolate with water in a medium bowl and melt in microwave for 50 seconds.
  2. Stir well and add tofu and agave. Using an electric mixer, mix together 1 to 2 minutes until smooth and slightly frothy.
  3. Fold into serving ramekins or glasses, cover in cling film and chill before serving.
