About this recipe: This smoked salmon with crackers dish is a fantastic starter for any party. Instead of blending salmon with cream cheese, I arrange small pieces on top of crackers. Always a hit!


Serves: 4 

  • 100g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 bunch chives, chopped
  • 1 (180g) packet crackers
  • 150g smoked salmon, chopped
  • 100g black and green olives, sliced

  1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese with the chives until smooth.
  2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each cracker then arrange pieces of salmon and olives on top. Serve.
