400g Brussels sprouts, fresh or frozen
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon olive oil
350g pork loin, cut into 3cm pieces
1 tablespoon minced onions, fresh or frozen
50ml dry white wine
1 tablespoon chicken stock granules
180g peeled chestnuts
salt and pepper

Cook the Brussels sprouts in a covered dish with the 2 tablespoons water in the microwave on High for 6 minutes. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and cook and stir the pork over medium high heat until golden on all sides, about 3 minutes. Stir in the onions, and cook for 1 minute with the meat.
Stir in the Brussels sprouts, the 50ml water, the white wine, chicken stock and chestnuts. Season with salt and pepper, and cover and cook over medium heat until the vegetables are tender and the pork is no longer pink at the centre, about 10 minutes.
