    • 200g to 250g lamb's lettuce
    • 10 cherry vine tomatoes, halved
    • 1 tablespoon chopped sun-dried tomatoes
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1 to 3 dashes lemon juice

    1. Wash the lamb's lettuce and divide the sprigs and leaves into small pieces. Place on a serving plate. Top with the cherry tomatoes and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Add a few dashes of lemon juice and serve.
