German camembert spread with radishes

    A variation of German obatzter with radishes, which add color and spice.

    Serves: 10 

    • 150g ripe camembert, at room temperature
    • 50g cream cheese, softened
    • 75g butter, at room temperature
    • 5 radishes, trimmed and minced
    • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
    • salt and pepper
    • alfalfa for garnish (optional)

    1. Mash Camembert in a bowl and mix with cream cheese, butter, radishes, and spring onions. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with alfalfa to serve.
