This dessert is a crowd pleaser and it is prepared very quickly and easily. Mascarpone cheese is mixed with honey, rum, sugar and lemon juice and served with warm blueberry sauce - delicious!

In a bowl whisk together mascarpone with honey, rum, icing sugar and lemon juice. Spoon into individual dessert dishes or a serving bowl.
In a small saucepan over a low heat melt the caster sugar stirring constantly until lightly browned. Pour in grape juice and bring to the boil, while stirring, until sugar is dissolved. Add blueberries and warm through.
Spoon blueberries with a little bit of sauce over the mascarpone cream and serve.
