Heat oil in large saucepan fry beef and paprika until browned then transfer to a plate.
Put flour, onions, carrots and garlic in saucepan with beef juices and fry for 5 minutes. Add the beef back into saucepan with veg. Add the rest of the ingredients, bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour 20 minutes. Season to taste.
Serve with parsnip mash, peppers and mushrooms only add to this dish, you can change the flavour of this dish at the end with a dash of ketchup, Brown sauce, bbq sauce, Worcestershire or sweet chilli sauce.
