Speedy flan case and double cream dessert

    A quick creamy dessert, for when you're too tired to make a proper dessert!. Everyone should have a little quick trick up their sleeve!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 8 

    • 1 large flan case
    • 2 (284ml) pots double cream
    • 2 tins of fruit cocktail in fruit juice, or any mixed fruit

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Crumble your flan case (but not too much) and place in a large bowl.
    2. Pour over your double cream pots and stir, making sure not to break up the flan case.
    3. Drain your fruit, and pour in with the double cream mix.
    4. Chill until needed.
    5. Give it a final stir before serving, and enjoy!

    Tip

    Why not try adding crushed meringue? For the extra flavour and crunchiness!
