    About this recipe: Very easy and very tasty pasta! When you don't have much time, olive oil, fresh cherry tomatoes and red chilli make an excellent alternative to regular sauce!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 450g perciatelli pasta
    • 100ml extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 red chilli, chopped
    • 350g cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 20g fresh parsley, chopped
    • 20g fresh sage
    • 1 pinch salt

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Cook the pasta following the directions on the packet; drain and set aside.
    2. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the chopped chilli, turn the heat off and let it cool for 10 minutes.
    3. Toss the pasta with the tomatoes, the hot oil, parsley and sage. Season with salt. Serve straightaway.

    Perciatelli pasta

    Perciatelli are long pasta tubes that look like spaghetti with a hole in the centre. If you can't find perciatelli, use spaghetti or linguine for this dish.
