In a bowl beat 2 of the eggs with icing sugar until frothy.
Separate the remaining eggs and add egg yolks together with nuts, rum, breadcrumbs and bitter almond oil to the sugar-egg mixture. Beat egg whites in another bowl until stiff and fold into the mixture.
Line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper and pour in the mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven ntil a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean, about 50 minutes.
Let cake cool down, take out of the tin and cover with chocolate icing.
