Sugar-free low calorie fizzy drink

    Instead of diluting the squash with still water using sparkling water - make it fizzy and guess what? You end up with a drink less than 5 calories. Cheaper than buying diet drinks. Also you could make it any flavour by using different flavoured squash.

    • 200ml sparkling water
    • 50ml sugar free squash

    Method

    1. Pour both liquids into a glass.
    2. Ice is optional.
    3. Enjoy!

    Tip

    Use Robinsons® or any other brand of fruit squash, but make sure it's SUGAR-FREE!
