Chicken breast with grapes

    An interesting mix of chicken breast fillets with two kinds of grapes. A simple but unique dinner dish that is quick to prepare.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1/2 bunch of black grapes
    • 1/2 bunch of green grapes
    • 2 sprigs of thyme
    • salt to taste
    • olive oil as needed
    • 2 skinless chicken breast fillets
    • apple cider vinegar
    • honey, to taste

    1. Cut the black and green grapes in half and put them in a bowl with the thyme, salt and a little bit of olive oil. Set them aside.
    2. Cut the chicken breasts in thin strips and brown them with some olive oil and salt in a pan. Once nicely browned and cooked through, add the grapes, sprinkle a few drops of the apple cider vinegar over the chicken and add a tiny bit of honey to finish it off. Serve hot.
