120ml olive oil
2 to 3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 handful fresh basil leaves, chopped
450g fresh tomatoes, chopped
200g Brie cheese
350g farfalle pasta
salt and pepper to taste

In a saucepan, heat up the olive oil and add the chopped garlic, basil and tomatoes. Let them heat up on low heat and then add the Brie cheese. Let the cheese melt.
Cook the pasta in salted water until the pasta is tender with a bite at the centre, about 8 minutes. Drain the pasta and add it to the cheese sauce and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
You can also add pine nuts to give some crunchiness to the dish.
