Farfalle pasta with Brie

    This pasta recipe requires only a few ingredients and is quick to make. People who like Brie cheese will love this dish.

    Serves: 4 

    • 120ml olive oil
    • 2 to 3 garlic cloves, chopped
    • 1 handful fresh basil leaves, chopped
    • 450g fresh tomatoes, chopped
    • 200g Brie cheese
    • 350g farfalle pasta
    • salt and pepper to taste

    1. In a saucepan, heat up the olive oil and add the chopped garlic, basil and tomatoes. Let them heat up on low heat and then add the Brie cheese. Let the cheese melt.
    2. Cook the pasta in salted water until the pasta is tender with a bite at the centre, about 8 minutes. Drain the pasta and add it to the cheese sauce and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.


    You can also add pine nuts to give some crunchiness to the dish.
