Savoury mango salad

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
    • 1 fresh jalapeño chilli, minced
    • 1/4 small onion, minced
    • 1/8 green pepper, diced
    • a few fresh mint leaves, minced
    • 1 teaspoon honey, more to taste
    • 1/2 lemon, juiced
    • 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, to taste

    1. Add mango, jalapeño, onion, pepper and mint to a bowl. Add honey and lemon juice to taste and sprinkle with chilli flakes. Mix well and serve.
