I didn’t have Gorgonzola, so I substituted Danish Blue Vein. Never heard of Taleggio, so I used garlic Roule, added 30g of strong cheddar, and since I have a weight problem, substituted Quark for the double cream! A new recipe really, but it was delicious. - 29 Apr 2018
