Everybody loves flapjacks! I remember buying M&S flapjacks with pieces of apricot in them - now I make my own.
Turned out great and was quickly consumed. Very moreish! I used coconut oil instead of butter to suit our family. I have also followed the recipe using cranberries instead of apricots. Then did a pecan and maple variety using pecan instead of apricots and maple syrup instead of golden syrup. Yummy. - 24 Jun 2015
