    Ingredients
    Makes: 1 loaf gluten free bread

    • 315ml milk
    • 2 teaspoons dried yeast
    • 6 tablespoons oil
    • 1 teaspoon vinegar
    • 2 eggs
    • 450g gluten free bread flour
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 tablespoons sugar

    Method
    Prep:20min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Extra time:1hr30min rising  ›  Ready in:2hr10min 

    1. Warm milk to room temperature and dissolve yeast in the milk in a bowl. Mix with oil, vinegar and eggs.
    2. In a second bowl combine flour, salt and sugar. Gradually add the milk mixture to form a dough. (You might not need all of the milk.) Place in a clean mixing bowl, cover with oil-greased cling film and leave somewhere warm for 30-60 minutes.
    3. Knead dough and divide into individual rolls or leave as loaf. Place on a baking tray, cover again and let rise for another 30 minutes.
    4. Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
    5. Bake bread on the baking tray for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

    Didn't rise and after following the recipe to the tee, left with a stone lump! Not good!  -  20 Feb 2013
