    You'll think you've died and gone to heaven after eating this decadent traybake combining so many favourites into one - chocolate, sultanas, coconut and glace cherries.

    Makes: 12 to 16 slices

    • 170g (6 oz) cooking chocolate
    • 85g (3 oz) butter or margarine
    • 110g (4 oz) caster sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 110g (4 oz) sultanas
    • 110g (4 oz) desiccated coconut
    • 55g (2 oz) glace cherries, chopped

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Line a Swiss roll tin with foil.
    2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Spread the melted chocolate over the foil.
    3. Cream together the butter or margarine and caster sugar; beat in the egg. Mix in the sultanas, coconut and glace cherries. Spread the mixture over the melted chocolate.
    4. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing into squares.
