110g (4 oz) marshmallows
100g (4 oz) crispy rice cereal, like Rice Krispies®

Grease a shallow Swiss roll tin.
Combine the margarine, toffee and marshmallows in a large pan; stir over gentle heat until melted and well blended. Remove from the heat and fold in rice cereal; press into prepared tin. Decorate with cherries.
