Brown the sausages on all sides in a frying pan.
In a big saucepan add frozen peppers and peas and add the pint of water and burger sauce, adding the Worcester sauce, mixed herbs, sugar, gravy granules, salt and pepper to your tastes. Bring to the boil.
Boil the potatoes till tender. Drain and then mash with butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
In an oven dish make up the stuffing mix and spread the mixture over the dish. Add the sausages and pea mixture. Add mashed potatoes to the top.
Bake until potato top is golden.
I just used up old food to create this delight i am sharing with you. Hopefully you'll enjoy as much as I did and I will tweak it even more next time.
