    About this recipe: This is a spicy but not too spicy tasty meal that is beautiful and is perfect for every member of the family. It feeds about 5 to 6 people.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 6 

    • 400g chicken, cubed
    • olive oil for frying
    • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
    • 2 jars Kung Po sauce
    • 1/2 packet of noodles
    • 2 packets Uncle Ben's® Chinese style rice

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Fry the chicken in a drizzle of olive oil until thoroughly cooked.
    2. Add the cooked chicken and chopped pepper to a wok with the jars of Kung Po sauce and put them on a medium heat for 10 minutes. Then turn the heat down and let it simmer.
    3. Cook the noodles as directed on the packet. Add the noodles to the wok and mix.
    4. Microwave the rice and spoon onto plates. Top with the Kung Po mixture.
    5. Finally serve and enjoy!
