Yummy biscuits. I used half cheddar and half parmesan. I also added 1/2 teaspoon of English mustard. I needed to add more flour otherwise the dough is too sticky. I rolled the mixture into balls and pressed with the back of a fork to get a nice look. - 01 Feb 2016
Taste is excellent, I used Anchor Extra Mature cheddar, and added mustard powder. I did find the mixture a bit sticky but this was easily sorted with a but of extra flour. Daughter is already asking when we can make again (we've only just finished this batch) :-) - 29 Sep 2016
