Dust the cheese in the flour. Heat the milk in a fondue pot and add the onion; bring milk to a near boil. Lower the heat to medium and stir in the cheese, a handful at a time, continuing to heat and stir with a wooden spoon until cheese has melted. Lower the heat, add Worcestershire sauce, cayenne and salt to taste.
