Heat a crepe pan or frying pan over medium high heat. Lightly grease with oil or butter. Add a few tablespoons of batter to the hot pan and tilt the pan in a circular motion, allowing the batter to cover the bottom of the pan.
Cook the crepe for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the edges are dry. Flip and cook the other side for 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
I think it's best served with lemon juice and sugar.
