this cake is like a bakewell tart and custard tart in one, every one loves it, some one gave me this years ago think its called impossible cos it rises then flops down when it comes out of oven, serve with cream and or fruit or just enjoy on its own.

Ingredients
Makes: 1 impossible cake
- 4 eggs
- 112gms marg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 200gms castor suger
- 400ml milk
- 100gms dried coconut
- 140gms plain flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method

Ready in:1hr10min
- fan oven 170c for 50-60 mins
- put eggs and milk into a bowl, whisk with the vanilla.
- mix suger and marg then add flour and coconut and baking powder.
- pour wet ing into dry and mix, it will be like a batter mix
- pour into a well greased 8" deep lined cake tin.
- take out let cool before turning out. ENJOY
Tip
hide at once becouse it will be gone in mins, my nephew adams favorite.
