This mustard cream sauce is just perfect for pork dishes and is a great accompaniment to a Sunday pork roast, a succulent fillet or with some pork chops.
Heat oil in a saucepan over a medium heat. Add the chopped shallot and cook and stir for 1 minute to soften. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 minutes.
Tip
If you wish to thicken the sauce, you can add a little plain flour or cornflour.
