Pigs in blankets glazed with mango chutney

    Tasty little cocktail sausages are wrapped in a streaky bacon 'blanket' and glazed with mango chutney for a great nibble.

    Makes: 36 

    • 4 tablespoons Sharwood's Mango Chutney® or Sharwood's Kashmiri Chilli Mango Chutney®
    • 36 cocktail sausages
    • 18 rashers smoked streaky bacon, cut in half

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    2. Using the back of a knife, stretch each bacon rasher out on a board - this will stop them shrinking as they cook. Cut each rasher in half.
    3. Roll a rasher of bacon around a sausage. Place on a non-stick baking tray. Repeat with remaining bacon and sausage.
    4. Pour the chutney over the sausages.
    5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning them once and basting at the same time, until brown and piping hot.
