About this recipe:
I got this recipe off of one of my favourite blogs and tweaked it a bit, adding fresh and dried herbs and a few different ingredients. This is a great recipe for anyone who loves sardines, and for those who think they don't! Serve on crackers or toast.
1 tin sardines in olive oil, drained
2 tablespoons capers, chopped
1 roasted red pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or parsley
1 spring onion, chopped
1 to 2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 to 6 tablespoons natural yoghurt
1 generous pinch dried Greek oregano
salt and black pepper to taste
10 min › Ready in:
Place the sardines in a bowl and roughly mash with a fork. Add in all of the remaining ingredients and stir well. Enjoy! Cook's note
This is a versatile recipe and if you don't have all of the ingredients to hand, no problem! This recipe was inspired by one I found on the blog
A really quick, easy and very tasty recipe and as Diana suggests, can be varied depending on what ingredients you have to hand.

googled Cabernet Sauvignon and sardines and this came up. I like it! Thanks. I didn't have red bell pepper on hand or green onion - I used "fake" Vidalia (sweet onion) instead.
