    Extemely simple and relaxing drink to help you sleep. Make this easy drink a nightly ritual! Add a bit of cinnamon or nutmeg for a tasty twist.

    • 1 mug of milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey

    1. Pour milk and vanilla into a pan and over and medium heat on the hob.
    2. Add honey and keep stirring slowly to make sure it doesn't burn on the bottom.
    3. Heat until hot, do not boil.


    This recipe makes one drink. Add as much or as little honey as you like.
