    About this recipe: Easy to make, can be eaten hot or cold, as bites or as an accompaniment to Christmas dinner. The bacon juices make the stuffing extra tasty!

    Ingredients
    Makes: 16 stuffing balls

    • 225g (8 oz) sage and onion stuffing mix
    • 8 rashers of bacon

    Method
    Prep:20min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:50min 

    1. Make the sage and onion stuffing according to directions.
    2. Cut the rashers in half. Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto the bacon. Roll up and secure with a cocktail stick.
    3. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 C / Gas 4. Serve hot or at room temperature.
