Bacon and stuffing bites

    Easy to make, can be eaten hot or cold, as bites or as an accompaniment to Christmas dinner. The bacon juices make the stuffing extra tasty!

    Makes: 16 stuffing balls

    • 225g (8 oz) sage and onion stuffing mix
    • 8 rashers of bacon

    Prep:20min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:50min 

    1. Make the sage and onion stuffing according to directions.
    2. Cut the rashers in half. Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto the bacon. Roll up and secure with a cocktail stick.
    3. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 C / Gas 4. Serve hot or at room temperature.
