This was really easy to prepare. I left it in the marinade overnight. The flavour was so nice. I did cook the meat for about 3hrs though and added more water to the marinade. The meat was lovely and tender. We served it with rice and steamed broccoli. Will definitely make this again! - 09 Jan 2018
