600g pork escalopes
salt and pepper, to taste

300 to 400g grated Emmental cheese
250ml single cream

Preheat oven to 220 C / Gas 7.
Sprinkle the pork with salt, pepper and paprika.
Grease a large ovenproof casserole dish. Place pork inside and cover with the Emmental cheese. Pour the cream over the top and dot with butter.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
You can prepare the schnitzel the evening before and keep in the fridge until the next day. Just pop in the oven and prepare the sides.
