Mix all ingredients apart from the butter, together, season to taste and form into burger shapes. Place on a shallow tray, cover with cling film and chill in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes before cooking.
Melt butter in frying pan, add the burgers and cook on medium heat. When sufficiently browned on one side, turn over and cook steadily, until meat just cooked through with juices running freely and clearly.
Serve right away.
Instead of a mixture of minced beef and minced pork, you can choose to use all beef mince. If you want a healthier version, you can grill or barbecue the burgers without using butter. But preparing it in the frying pan with butter, just feels more devilish.
