Microwave small chocolate cupcake brownies

Lovely microwave brownie cakes. It's a recipe that I found on this website that I tweaked and made my own. It works quite well.

Ingredients
Serves: 8
- 150g butter
- 200g sugar
- 65g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 100g plain flour
- 100g chocolate chips
- icing sugar to dust

- Melt the butter in the microwave on high for about 30 to 40 seconds. Add the sugar, cocoa and vanilla in that order and mix well.
- Add the eggs, mixing slightly after each one. Add the flour and chocolate then mix well.
- Get a small silicone cupcake tray and put a scoop of mixture in each one so it's about half-full. There's no need to grease it or put cases in.
- Put in the microwave for about 1 to 2 minutes. Leave in the cases for about 10 minutes so they can cool properly. Dust the tops however you like.
