A tangy salad dressing made with anchovies, garlic, mustard, red wine vinegar and olive oil. Traditionally, this is used to dress a Nicoise salad which is made up of tuna, hard-boiled eggs and black olives. But it's equally delicious when simply served over salad leaves or new potatoes.
This dressing can be made the day before and stored in a jar in the fridge. Shake before using.
