Put butter and oil into a pot and keep on a very low heat.
When the butter has melted, add garlic, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper.
Dip each piece of bread into the butter and put on a baking tray.
Put into oven until slightly golden, around 10 minutes.
If you want to, put chunks of mozzarella on top of the garlic bread before taking out and leave in for an extra couple of minutes. Truth be told most cheeses will do the trick, but is delicious with mozzarella.
