About this recipe: This deliciously different recipe from Sharwood's is perfect for celebrating Chinese New Year with the family.


Serves: 2 

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 350g lamb, trimmed and cubed
  • 1 yellow pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green pepper, finely sliced
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 jar of Sharwood's Black Bean Stir Fry Sauce

  1. Stir fry the lamb in the oil over a high heat for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the peppers and chilli and continue stir frying for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the sauce, heat through and serve with egg noodles.
