About this recipe: Mine is using kippers, if you don't like salty fish then swap it for cheap white frozen fish. You can get a pack of fresh kippers fillets from most supermarkets for around 70p making them perfect for a cheap fish pie.
You can after stage six then put it in the oven although I suggest if it needs reheating that you do it in portions in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, as it can dry out.
Tried this last night my hubby loves kippers so this went down a treat, really cheap and easy, will without a doubt be doing this again, thanks for sharing! The only thing I did was sprinkled some grated cheese over the top and put it under the grill before serving x - 30 Aug 2013
