Half brownies half cookies, a winner all round. I saw it advertised in France as THE big thing in America but only ever found the recipe in French. I made my own and it is out of this world, crunchy and chewy... a must treat to try!
Spreading the cookie dough is a bit awkward as it is sticky. Just make sure it is spooned all over and it will level itself in the oven. Sprinkle icing sugar or cocoa powder on top when cool. Enjoy!
Although it tasted ok the brownie and cookie just seemed to blend together when cooking to make a sponge cake. - 13 Jun 2013
